This ADU build features a modern loft-style layout with high ceilings and a large bank of windows that flood the space with natural light. Our team handled the complete drywall scope: hanging, taping, finishing, and applying a clean orange peel texture.

Project Highlights:
This specific project came with unique challenges, including the height differential between the main living area and the loft, as well as the bathroom layout. The many windows required careful detailing to ensure a smooth, consistent finish. We also implemented finish accessories such as tear-away along the edge where the new construction met the existing structure, creating a clean, straight transition.
